Our Commitment

We, the creators and authors of our narratives, pride ourselves in our work and our innovative storytelling approach aims to captivate and entertain. If, after the initial two letters, our product doesn’t resonate with you, we offer a no-questions-asked full refund.

Refund Specifications

  • After the initial two letters, refunds are available for letters not yet received and the subscription has been canceled.
  • For annual prepaid plans, the refund amount is calculated based on the original price paid divided by twelve and then multiplied by the remaining months in that year, minus a 20 percent handling fee applied to the amount of the refund. Direct your refund requests to Support@TheMagnoliaLetters.com.
  • For non-letter products, a return is valid only if the item is unused, undamaged, and retains its original packaging.

Exceptions to Returns

Items ineligible for return include:

  • Perishables like food, flowers, magazines.
  • Intimate, sanitary, hazardous, or inflammable items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable software. Proof of purchase is mandatory for processing returns. Kindly avoid returning purchases to the original manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds might be applicable in cases where:

  • Books show evident wear and tear.
  • Opened CD, DVD, video games, cassettes, or vinyl.
  • Items damaged not because of our mistake.
  • Items returned after a 30-day window post-delivery.

Processing Refunds

On receipt and inspection of your return, we’ll email you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will reflect in your account or original payment mode within 7-10 business days.

Delayed or Unseen Refunds

If your refund isn’t seen:

  • Recheck your bank statements.
  • Consult your credit card issuer, as posting might be delayed.
  • Get in touch with your bank; processing times might vary.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable; only full-priced items qualify.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re faulty or damaged. For exchanges, email us at Support@TheMagnoliaLetters.com.

Gift Returns

Items marked as gifts during purchase and shipped directly will yield a gift credit upon return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver forwarded it later, the refund will go to the giver.

Return Shipping

For returns, ship your item to: The Magnolia Letters, P.O. Box 72442, Newnan, GA. You’ll bear the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you’re refunded, return shipping gets deducted. For items above $75, consider trackable shipping or insurance, as we can’t assure receipt of returned items.
